Warranty & Refund Information

Suka Furniture warrants all products for 12 months from date of purchase and guarantees it products under Australia Consumer Law.

Sometimes Suka may sell faulty or defective goods at a reduced price and these will be clearly marked and advertised. These products are sold on the basis the consumer is purchasing the product to restore the defective state of the goods and has been adequately compensated via the discount to accept any faults.

 Exchange or Credit

We will happily exchange or give you a store credit on a homewares product with proof of purchase within 7 days of original purchase; if the products are returned in the same condition they were purchased in.

Change of Mind

Unfortunately Suka Furniture does not accept returned products or refunds due to a change of mind, so please consider your purchases carefully. 

Faulty Products

If you find yourself with a faulty product, please return it to us. You may choose between a refund or a store credit, where goods or products are faulty, wrongly described or do not do what they were supposed to do.


If the problem is not major, we will repair the product within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose between a refund, store credit or replacement.


Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.
